This policy is specific to the partners or resellers of ISecureDat Services and is
valid in conjunction with the General Privacy Policies. It's primary function is to
detail the specific rights, conditions and expectations of both the reseller and
ISecureDat. Any changes or amendments to this policy will be added within this
document and be made available to the general public.
Not With Standing
1) The reseller or partner is not employed by nor is an employee of ISecureDat. He
or she does not receive regular wages nor salary as an employee would, but will
receive remuneration in the form of commissions on sales obtained through their
efforts. The said reseller or partner does not represent the company in it's
policies or operating procedures in any form nor does he/she have any voice in these
policies and operations and are not to represent themselves either as employed by or
as a representative of ISecureDat (ISD).
2) The Reseller is not expected to meet any sales or introduction quotas
nor to maintain certain levels of performance to qualify for their compensation
earned. He/she are fully independent and may work to the extent of their personal
motivation.
3) It is not required of the partner to "sell" ISecureDat
services to obtain commissions nor to persuade potential clients to purchase
our service. Any introduction to ISD services should be in a tasteful manner such as
in a friendly conversation or the distribution of ISD approved materials.
4) The partner will not make outlandish or excessive claims as to the
abilities of ISecureDat in an effort to entice client interest. Honesty is the only
prerequisite required to be a reseller partner. It is expected however, that basic
knowledge of ISecureDat operations and function be understood prior to becoming
active in promoting ISecureDat. This information can be gained by familiarizing
yourself with this web site and/or informal training provided by ISD personnel.
5) a) IsecureDat reserves the right to cancel a partner's involvement with
cause or as circumstances demand. Where such actions are taken by ISecureDat, any
monies owed to you will be paid out within 30 working day assuming:
i) No harm to either the company's reputation, assets or personal in
any form has been caused by the individual for any reason, mishap or
incompetence.
ii) No harm in any form to another individual wether they are directly
employed by or have an association with IsecureDat. This includes any client or other
partners of ISecureDat.
b) A partner has the right to terminate association with ISecureDat as
they see fit. ISecureDat will pay any monies owing at the regularly scheduled times
for the life of that partner's house existence in so long as communication is
available. Please refer to the original partner information page and compensation plan
information below.

Upon acceptance ISecureDat will issue you a house number in the form of
"house-#####". All clients introduced by you will be placed within
your house. You will also be issued a partner name and password which should be
retained in a safe location. These are critical to access your account information
and/or make changes to your account if required.
All partners will require a current PayPal account for receiving their
remuneration or commissions through. It is strongly suggested you create a free
PayPal account at your earliest convenience if you do not already have one. Go to
http://www.paypal.com to create an account.
If you obtain an account after applying for a partnership, please use the "Partner Update" form to add this information to
your personal account. Be sure to use your ID and password supplied you by
ISecureDat.
ISecureDat will pay 40% of the current price on any plan a client chooses for the
first year at the payment option rate the client has chosen. This does not including
any money collected for taxes. For example, if a client has selected Plan-D at the
payment rate of semi-annual, ISecureDat partner would be paid commission owed for
that plan on a semi-annual basis. If the client pays on a annual basis, you, our
partner is paid on an annual basis. As you can see in this situation, having many
clients will mean being paid many different times throughout the year. This can be as
diverse as you'd like.
Additionally, ISecureDat will pay it's partners at the rate of 20% for each
client the partner has introduced over the life of the client's service agreement
after the first year. So as you introduce new clients to the ISecureDat Backup
System, you not only are paid for your current efforts, but you continue to be paid
on your past efforts as long as the client retains ISecureDat's service.
Please Note: ISecureDat makes payments to your PayPal account when a minimum
of $100.00 has been reached.
Partners are expected to keep a record of people and/or businesses they have
either introduced to ISecureDat or left information with. ISecureDat will make every
effort to credit the appropriate clients to your account and there are several
mechanisms in place to aid to this end.
It is the responsibility of all partners to keep ISecureDat informed of your
current contact information so earnings can be delivered to you. Use the partner
update form or contact ISecureDat directly to make these changes as
needed.
If payment is undeliverable, ISD will retain any monies owed you for a period of
one year. If after that period of time we are still unable to contact you to make
payment, all funds will be shared equally among all other current and active
partners. After such a split or sharing has been made, any and all entitlement to
these funds are forfeit. There will be no compensation or gratuities made on these
dispersed funds. However, if you re-establish contact with ISecureDat prior to a
year's passing, all monies retain on your behalf will be paid to you at the
originally established schedules and your house account will remain active without
loss of the clients credited to you earlier.
ISecureDat will retain your introduced clients to your house account for up to two
years after the point of not being able to contact you. If after this two tear period
you have not re-established communications or updated your contact information, the
client's accounts will be absorbed into the default house account (#000001) as
it's own. No further compensation, remuneration or commissions will be paid to
you for these clients unless you can argue mitigating circumstances.
