ISecureDat can provide online help using "CrossLoop", a secure, one-time only access to your system, but only when you are present at your system. The purpose is to aid those who may be having difficulty or some confusion getting things setup. We can also assist in helping you determine which files and folders should and should not be backed up.

Security is extremely important to ISecureDat and CrossLoop. A key part of their security model aside from the encrypted connection is the requirement someone be at both ends of the connection simutanously to conduct a screen sharing session. The "Share" computer cannot be remotely accessed unless you are present at the computer to accept a connection and cannot be connect to later using an old code given earlier. A new access code [symmetric key] is produced each time the application is run.
